Aso Ebi Logistics was founded with one simple mission: to make coordinating Aso Ebi effortless for families celebrating life's biggest moments. After spending more than a decade helping Fortune 500 utility companies modernize complex operations, our founder saw the same challenges repeated across African weddings and cultural celebrations — fabric orders tracked in spreadsheets, endless WhatsApp messages, payment confusion, shipping delays, and the difficulty of coordinating hundreds of guests across multiple countries. What many saw as a fashion challenge was really an operations challenge.
Aso Ebi Logistics was created to provide an all-in-one platform that simplifies Aso Ebi fabric ordering, guest management, payment collection, international shipping, order tracking, and trusted tailor recommendations. Whether you're planning a Nigerian wedding, Ghanaian wedding, traditional engagement, birthday celebration, or any event where Aso Ebi brings people together, our goal is to eliminate the stress behind the scenes so you can focus on celebrating with the people who matter most.
Our mission
Coordinating Aso Ebi for a Nigerian wedding is one of the most beautiful traditions in African culture — and one of the most stressful things a host ever has to organize. Aso Ebi Logistics exists to take that stress off the host so the tradition can shine. We give every host a hosted RSVP site, online payments, worldwide shipping, and a live dashboard of every guest — in one place, with no WhatsApp chases and no spreadsheets.

Every event gets its own RSVP page. Guests order and pay online with card — no chasing, no spreadsheets.

We ship directly to each guest — the USA and Nigeria today, with UK and Canada available on request.
Tailoring coordination
Guests submit measurements to their chosen tailor through the dashboard, with step-by-step guide images.
Where we serve
Aso Ebi Logistics serves Nigerian and African wedding hosts and guests in the United States, Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Whether the bride is in Houston, the groom's family is in Lagos, and the maid of honor is in London, every guest orders on the same RSVP page and gets their fabric delivered to their door.
How we charge
Hosts pay $0 on the Standard Package. Platform fees are paid by guests at checkout as a small per-guest service fee plus shipping. Our Planning Concierge Package is $1,000 and adds a dedicated coordinator, color strategy, custom sourcing, and tailor management. See pricing for the full breakdown.
